thanks for your awnser.

When I have got the XML result file I do know how to treat it. I would read it 
in a database and get my reports from there.

But I think I am even more newbie than I thougt :-( I don't even know how to 
get the XML result file of WebTest. All I do is to run the java programm 
"webtest" and I am getting result lines in the command-line. But I have not 
found a new generated XML file with the results. Where can I find it?
