Like Marc said, webtest is using maven jar management facilities.
If you have maven installed, it can generate a project for your IDE that includes all the required jar files.
For example, with idea I just type in webtest's directory:
mvn idea:idea

I had two reasons to push for the pom. One was to get a smaller (initial?) download of the project. The more important reason though was to document correctly our dependencies. A pom is the most secure way to tell the versions of each and every jar files webtest needs. We tried writing it down in some text files, but that was never kept up to date...
