I am not really sure what you are trying to do but if
you used the property table you could certainly pass in
the name of the xls file into the build/webtest file.
Cheers, Paul.

Is there any way to write command line parameter which metions that use
this build file for running the perticular script ?
like: webtest -buildfile build.xml testscript.xml
where build.xml is build file which i want to use and testscript.xml is
my test script file
Thanks,
amol

Hi Amol, I am not quite sure what you are trying to do but perhaps
the following is what you are after:
http://webtest-community.canoo.com/wiki/space/PropertyTable
This will allow you to use an Excel spreadsheet as data for input
to a WebTest test, i.e. a data-driven mode of operation.
Cheers, Paul.
