Not necessarily, see my problem lies in the fact that our web application is in demand my mobile users of the network (and app), however we have a strict policy that we don't want to support it unless it can be tested on mobile browsers, so that the compatibility/speed/usability tests that are a current part of our test suite can be applied to browsers of common mobile devices (ie Palm Treo. RIM Blackberry, Any WindowsCE embedded device). We can only add legitimate support for these products after using an existing test harness for automated testing.
