Provide possibility to attach "typed test information" to a WebTest

As discussed for a few months on the mailing list [1], it would be helpful to
have the possibility to attach "typed" information to a <webtest> to make them
available in reports.
Html report generation could be easily customized for special formatting of
particular informations. For instance a bug number could be displayed as link
to the bug tracking system (*).
Ex:
<testInfo type="issueNumber" info="WT-250"/>
<testInfo type="longDescription">bla bla this is a long
multiline description
that doesn't fill
easily
in an attribute
</testInfo>
(*) this formatting can't be natively provided by WebTest as it is too specific
to a particular usage.
