I'd be happy to submit a WebTest tutorial, as we're using it quite a bit
right now.  Conveniently, I live about 30 minutes from the conference.  

Is anyone available as a co-presenter?

I was planning on making one or more submissions. Definitely WebTest
as one of them if no-one else is planning on that topic.
