[Webtest] setRadioButton appears not to work

Hi,

 

I am testing a form that contains some radio buttons.  These buttons utilize
javascript to show/hide DIVs that contain parts of my application.  I am
trying to set the desired radio button to test this functionality, but
setRadioButton doesn't actually set the radio button.  Neither does it
produce an error - It simply does nothing.  I've stripped my form down to
bare HTML and disabled the javascript, and I've written a simplified version
of my test that does nothing but set the radio button.  This test also fails
to set the radio button.  I've attached both the HTML and the test for
review.  Any suggestions on what I am missing?
