YES, I'm behind a proxy and i read the maven-1-proxy infos.
But:
I had to search for:

So I added:
>maven.repo.remote=http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven,http://www.ibiblio.org/maven
to my build.properties.
