Pass a PageCreator implementation to the HtmlUnit WebClient class

I use webtest to test mobile applications, which create xhtml mp and xhtml
basic. The default PageCreator implementation of HtmlUnit does recognise the
mime type 'application/vnd.wap.xhtml+xml' as xml content, not as html content,
which leads to an error in webtest.
The possibility to use an own implementation of the PageCreator with webtest,
can solve this problem, and gives more flexibility for future uses.
See attached a sample implementation for the requested feature.
