Hi Marc, I do not have the neccessity of filtering the messages. I have to reevaluate them.
Until now we had a lot of warnings - caused by nekohtml from webtest and we did not really notice the results only if there were really a lot. Since a few month I started to watch at them and thought about the reasons of the warnings and errors ;-) So this week a student starts to eliminate the warnings and compared the different warning from the mentioned tools.
So the - firefox-plugin based on tidy found some errors, warnings - the (http://validator.w3.org/check) found more - and the webtest-parser (nekohtml) found the most errors and warnings and I had to decide what to do ;-) ? finally I now decided to erase as much webtest-warnings/errors as possible with an acceptable effort. mfg Michael Marc Guillemot wrote:
Hi Michael, I've already seen that nekoHtml generates too much messages. Due to this problem I personally only look at the messages from time to time or when I've got a problem on a page. For... years, I though about the possibility to configure a kind of filter of these messages but never had the necessity. Can you tell a bit more about what you want to do?
