Save xhtml response with .html extension

Response with the xhtml mime types application/xhtml+xml and
application/vnd.wap.xhtml+xml will be saved with the .xml extension. The more
adequate extension is .html.
I have proposed two solutions in the attached patch. The first one adds the
xhtml mime types to the DEFAULT_MAP, the second one midifies the
getExtension(String) method.
Choose your preferred solution.
