WebTest lacks a <closeWindow> step as closing a window is a normal "activity"
when testing a web app that opens multiple windows. The current workaround is
to use <previousResponse> or <selectWindow> but this doesn't do exactly the
same and it doesn't free the resources allocated with the window we would like
to close.
