Hi Mike, my guess is that you might have some old jars in your classpath.
Are you using the latest version of WebTest? Do you have the bsf and js
jars from that version in your classpath?
Cheers, Paul.

Hi all,
We have a section of tests inside our suite that make unavoidable use of
the scriptStep step. Recently, some of these tests have begun to show
unexplainable (to me) java errors.

Aside from this puzzling problem, it has also occurred to me that there
are few/no methods of debugging the scriptStep as it all appears as one
blob of text and the whole step fails as opposed to a specific piece of
code inside the step.
My question to all then is two-fold; first, if anyone knows what the
cause of the above error is, please let me know. Second, if there is a
method of debugging scriptStep that I do not know about I would be very
appreciative of any list members’ solutions to this problem, and finally
if nobody has / knows of a way to debug scriptStep then I would like to
ask the list if possibly a JIRA issue should be opened?
I await your responses,
Mike
