Resolution: Fixed
Done in build 1598.
Note that new JavaScript problems may appear due to this update. The reason is
that far more JS code gets executed and therefore things that weren't executed
at all with HtmlUnit-1.11 may now cause problems.
As an example the FCKEditor runs without problem when simulating Firefox with
HtmlUnit-1.11 BUT doesn't run anymore with HtmlUnit-1-13. On the otherside it
didn't run with HtmlUnit-1.11 when simulating IE but now runs with
HtmlUnit-1.13.
Usage of new features like AJAXController, dragAndDrop, JS call stack, ... will
now come progressively in WebTest.
