The <config> node is annoying:
- most of the time you use the same thing through the whole project
- if for a special test you want to change 1 property, you still have to
specify all
- even when using entities it makes sample test scripts longer lines longer (1
line for the DTD, 1 line for the entity)
=> it should be optional and configurable through project properties following
the naming convention wt.config.#propname# like wt.config.host
