Hi Cathy, welcome to Canoo WebTest. Yes you can test web applications that make use AJAX controls. WebTest will handle those requests transparently. This has been used with different AJAX control sets like for example DWR. Even Google Maps has been tested this way.
The prerequisite is that the AJAX framework you use issues valid JavaScript (which not all of them do consistently).
