webtest.xml: provide a simple way to configure headless settings
----------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: WT-344
         URL: http://webtest-community.canoo.com/jira/browse/WT-344
     Project: WebTest
        Type: New Feature

    Reporter: Marc Guillemot
 Assigned to: Marc Guillemot

webtest.xml is able to open the html result file in a browser. Once WT-343 is
implemented it will be able to start the WebTestMonitor. Other "goodies" may
come that don't make sense when the tests run in an headless mode (typically on
a build server).

webtest.xml should provide a simple mechanism to skip all targets that require
a display (or only make sense when a display is available).
