Save test artifacts in one subdir per <webtest>

Currently artefacts of multiple <webtest> are saved in the same directory and
all results in the same xml file. This isn't a clear structure and causes
scalability problems when reaching a huge number of tests/steps.
WebTest should create a subfolder in result dir per <webtest> and save there
all artefacts of the tests: saved responses, xml report, html report. An
overview result html document should still display the information now
contained in the oveview (with mode="external")
