You can try to pick the latest snapshot from Build Artifacts in http://build.canoo.com/htmlunit/ (build >= 498) to replace your htmlunit-1.13.jar. You can choose to run your tests simulating Firefox rather than IE but for the tests you have I recommend you to pick up a recent snapshot of HtmlUnit in this case too.
