I've seen that just after posting...
You're right for the release.
But I've discover the problem I had has nothing to do with javascript,
because I disabled Javascript
(the form I used was intend to work without it) and ithe problem remains...
I'm fighting with Cookies now ;-)
If you have a little time to spend on the mailing list today (10
minutes), i'd have one or two questions about
Cookies for you ;-)

Time for a release ;-)
HtmlUnit releases are not intended to be binary compatible. In this
special case the removed method was marked as "use at your own risks".
