Done in build 1651.
Following is called after the successful execution of a step:
currentPage.getEnclosingWindow().getThreadManager().joinAll(2000);
which causes to wait up to 2 seconds for background activity to complete. This
solution is not absolutely correct: it would be better to have the possibility
to give time for current background activities to complete as well as for those
which should start within x ms. Nevertheless this can't be done with
HtmlUnit-1.14.
