[Webtest] help: No suitable form found having field named

Hi 

While automate the page   I am getting these two issues:

At  Console 
1.      No suitable form found having field named "username", Step:
SetInputField at E:\Canoo\WebToolTest.xml:36:  with
(taskName="setInputField")


In  webtestreportresult.xml

 Has anyone run into this and found a work around? If so, your help would be
