That will more than likely not work if index 1 is not found I wouldn't expect there to be any other index. I took the HTML you have sent to the list and put it in a file and wrapped HTML and BODY tages around it. I was able to click the "Ok" button fine but I got a javascript error so I think there is more HTML in your page that is causing the issues you are running across.
