I have run into this issue: when I use webtest to call a a url :

I always get this issue:
C:\workspace\Canoo\billPay\tests\sqlWebTest.xml:94: The reference to
entity "name" must end with the ';' delimiter.
This name is in url, could you tell me the reason why?
