Problem creating output directories when running more than 1000 tests

When running more than 1000 webtests with similar names (<webtest name="abc">)
there is a problem creating the result directories for tests no. 1000 and up:
result directories are named xxx_name (001_abc, 002_abc and so on) if the
counter hits 1000 then it wont be incremented anymore and an error occures:
directories are named 1000_abc 1000_abc, 1000_abc for tests 1000, 1001 and 1002.
