The problem is probably the single quotes around the 31 in

Try to remove them from
xpath="//tr/td['#myRandomNumber']"/>
and from
xpath="//tr/td['#{myRandomNumber}']/td/[EMAIL
PROTECTED]'viewreport.v']"

Webtest, this is how I am trying to invoke the url viewreport.v for Reference#,
