Installation Issue with directory locations

I'm not very well versed in terms of how this is supposed to work, but in order
for me to be able to compile WebTest successfully on windows, i had to create a
directory in C:\ called Documents%20and%20Settings in order to be able to
access the testExcel.xls file and the pdf files. Failure to do this made every
single test of pdftest and exceltest error, since the files were not where the
tests expected them to be. This is a subtle problem that could make compilation
more difficult than necessary.
