When running webtest vs a page that uses YUI to create a modal dialog, webtest
will hang with much CPU activity but no progress.
In the given attachment, changing the props value "modal: true" to false will
cause the webtest to run successfully. Also, switching to htmlunit
2.2-SNAPSHOT.jar (taken from just a few days ago) will also fix this problem,
but then we run into the problems in htmlunit 2.2, such as issue WT-446.
