Thank you for your advice.
By looking closer to the requests performed, I finally found that my
problem was just a bug on the product I'm trying to test, which had
'hidden' 404.

Can you look at the request performed (including headers) and compare it
with the request performed by your "normal" browser? (for instance in
Firefox using LiveHttpHeaders).
