SetSelectField doesn't allow un-selecting in a multi-select HTML element

I have a multi-select HTML object, where multiple options can be selected
simultaneously, or NONE at all.
I can't find an option in WebTest (from Groovy) that allow me to unselect an
already selected option. My page loads with default all options selected.
I imagine a feature like "deSelectField", so you can change state from all
selected to none selected, for instance.
