WebTestrecorder does not record "Alert Click" event

I have an application (PHP, Apache, MYSQL) based.
when user clicks on "Logout" button application throws an JavaScript alert
(This is confirm box with OK and Cancel button)
User needs to click on OK if user wants to Logout else on Cancel to stay in
system.
When I tried to record using WebTestrecorder, I don't see code for Clicking on
OK/Cancel button {this is Javascript alert}
If this is not possible through WebTestrecorder, please advise me how to handle
this
