As per documentation:
enable
Required? false, default is false
Indicates if JavaScript is enabled (true) or disabled (false).
The current default is confusing. If enable is not specified, e.g.
"<enabledJavascript/>", then javascript will be disabled. This is
counterintuitive, to say the least.
Changing the default value to "true" would give the more rational behavior for
this case.
