Hi Lily,
It's not gonna to work that way. After clickLink or clickElement, I only able
to verify the text on the first window. This is like popup window, but not
really.

Thanks
Katie

Katie,

I think you can do:
clickLink or clickElement, then verifyText Webtest will follow the clickElement
step and test the second window by default. Hope it works, Lily

Subject: [Webtest] Verify second window contents?

Hi,
I am new with the Webtest. Currently I have a problem of verifying the text of
second window. When I click on a link or icon, and there is a second window
appears on top of the first(current) window. It means the link or icon is
gererated a different url. This is not a popup window.
Is there any way to verify text (content) in different window?

Any suggestion is helpful!

Thanks

Katie Pham
