Hi Jeroen, I'm slightly confused by your question, as the summary report with links to each individual report is the default Webtest behavior. Here is the Summary Report for Webtest's selftest, run during each build: <http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/reports/selftest/index.html>. Each row in the summary corresponds to a different <webtest> element. Clicking the name will bring you to the detailed report for that test.
As far as reusing webtests is concerned, the best approach (in my opinion) is to create macrodefs and then utilize those macros within your tests. If you have used the wt.createProject target to create your project (<http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/install.html#Create%20a%20new%20WebTest%20project>), you can see examples of macrodefs in the definitions folder created. You can add more macrodefs to that folder and Webtest will load them dynamically during subsequent runs (there is an issue with the generated build.xml: webtest generates the definitions.xml file dynamically each run, but the dynamically generated file does not get used until the following run, meaning your definitions will be usable 2 runs after they are added into the definitions folder). See Ant's documentation on the macrodefs task for more information on writing macros <http://ant.apache.org/manual/CoreTasks/macrodef.html>. All webtest elements as well as other macros can be called within the sequential element of the macrodef. We have found macros to make for very clean test cases. Is there a way to aggregate the results into one xml (or ultimately, html) file? If not, is there a way to generate an index file that points to all the individual reports? Or can I re-use a web test somehow? Thanks!
