Two questions:
(1) when you upgraded webtest, is there any chance some additional
jars that might have been manually added to previous version may
have been lost?
(you often need a couple of extra jars for ant mailing - see the
apache ant manual for details - under the mail task)
(2) do you see any errors anywhere (console/log file)?
