appletRunner's related classes often cause a lot of work when upgrading
HtmlUnit and/or other libraries. As volunteers to do the work are rare and due
to the fact that maximal a few WebTest users use it, I'll remove it from
WebTest.
The Subversion history will allways be there if one day someone is motivated to
do the work (and maybe to improve the integration into WebTest).
