Error running demo tests

I'm trying to learn how to use WebTest and followed all the steps described in
the url
http://opensource.basehaus.com/webtest/screencasts/creating-a-first-webtest-project.htm,
but it doesn't work.
The test results show error in the invoke method, and all the steps faills.
I've searched for information in the canoo webtest site and dind't find
anything that could help me resolve this issue.
