[Webtest] R_1823 ant launch?

Hi,

I downloaded the latest snapshot, build number R_1823, but when I start it, I 
get the following error message: 'Could not find or load main class 
org.apache.tools.ant.launch.Launcher'.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
