In Answer to people questioning the product. 'I happen to like using Webtest and find it truly disappointing that the product has slipped into the state is has'... and 'disappointment'.
My experience: I've recently tried the product again: made sure to have no trace of old product, reinstalled it, etc. And tried to run the demo following the instructions juts to gather frustration as it does not work. The product slip somewhere Several time I've tried to get help. No response. In comparison with other tools (open source). For some, I did encounter issues but the documentation on line was accurate, wikies and blogs were there with fast response. For me this product seems dead! It's living because of some people are still using it and some of you are trying to help like Dwayne did for me in the past. Maybe if that is not the case, that the product is still alive, maybe we are using the wrong channel? Contributors should manifest themselves and say where we could get some answers. You will see that some open source projects might be dead: but most of us don't know necessarily if they did no post it online.
