Hi Ulrich,

theoretically you could provide a patch file.
We then just would need to know, on what exact version you based your
changes and created the patch.

If it is only some single files containing the changes, you also just
could send me the files and maybe comment the changes in the sources, then
I also should be able to apply the patch using a diff tool ...

But the best surely would be if you could decide to give git a chance for
it.
