oh yes, they've been trying to do thing for years! Read The House of Bush by Craig Unger......it shows the backgrounds of all of these people and how they got together with Bush. They even tried to approach Clinton to get him to invade Iraq in the 90s but Clinton wouldn't do it. This was an excellent book!!! If you want to know how the Bush admin operated, you gotta read this book.
