that's true.........Bush really gave extraordinary rendition a bad name.
 
I don't care much for the rendition policy but the really bad thing was 
military tribunals and when Gonzales said that habeas corpus was not guaranteed 
under the Constitution!!

I believe renditions were begun during the Clinton administration....But
at least now there will be no torture and the like.....
I assume there must be a need for it under SOME circumstances but I'd
hope it was used with extreme caution....
