The republicans are drilling the phrase "spending bill" into the ground.....that is how they want to characterize the Stimulus.....This package is "investment" in ourselves and will give us a lot of bang for our buck.
Tax cuts should come with a stipulation that for every dollar in tax cuts, 80cents would be required to be reinvested...new equipment, update of business, more jobs, sublet contracts and the like.
