For tonights speech, the house chamber will be given a security sweep and then members of congress may enter...each being screened to make sure they have "floor privleges" Children of members etc will NOT be allowed.....Also the tradition of putting placards out to reserve seats, will NOT be allowed....your seat is saved only if your butt is in it....
This goes along with the new rules for news conferences where numbers are given to the press as they arrive and that number is their seat....come late you sit in the back.....LOL! No putting favorites up front, no allocating others to the rear....there will be no planting questions or planting faux newsfolks...as was done under bush...
