Well, I wonder what Jindel will have to say about this!!! Over 3.6 BILLION has not been distributed....There were 31 complaints about one guy there....neopotism,racial discrimination, sexual harrassment, and corruption..... The whistle blowers say they are keeping the recovery from going forward because they are making over $100,000 a yr....!!
