Sandra Day O'Connor is on The Daily Show tonight. She said, during the Bush years, there was a lot of talk of secular, activist Judges. She has a website now which seeks to educate people on civics.
She said, as she was thinking of doing this website, The Annenberg Project did a poll and found that only about 1/3 of the people could even name the 3 branches of government!
