Another word about earmarks....The earmarks in the budget are 55% of what was in the bill to start with....they have been paired down 45%.
The earmarks are almost evenly split between republicans and democrats.... The state that will get the most is Mississippi....whose governor is saying he will not take all the stimulus money...??
