US Weekly reports that her new publicist, Victor Munoz, has quit, calling Suleman "nuts." The public relations group that previously represented Suleman quit in late February due to receiving death threats. This time, however, her publicist left due to personal reasons: It's possible that Munoz, regarding Suleman getting too greedy, is referring to the report from TMZ that she is shopping around her birth tape for seven figures.
