The overall healthcare must be for basic care for all...there would be nothing keeping people from also purchasing private insurance for tummy tucks, face lifts....breast enhancement and other elective stuff...plus covering "experimental" proceedures and more
10% of the population uses 90% of the healthcare dollar.... Here's an idea....what if at birth everyone was given a healthcare "account"...total coverage...use as you see fit BUT when your account runs out you pay for everything thereafter, or you have private insurance, or you can "buy" part of someone elses account if they want to sell...??
