The percentage of Republicans (including independents who lean Republican) calling themselves "pro-life" rose by 10 points over the past year, from 60% to 70%, while there has been essentially no change in the views of Democrats and Democratic leaners.</snip> All of this comes up because of Noter Dame....which I think diliberately invited Obama to speak so they make a big bruhaha about abortion....!! The supreme court rarely reconsiders something they have decided, so instead of pushing for that, the pro life people should WORK to end the demand for abortion.....education, condoms, birth control for women covered by insurance, and quit pushing "abstinence" which does not work!! Another thing about Noter Dame.....the only university to BUY television air time so their football team is seen on TV every week.....Is that a wise way to use education money?? How many students could be educated with the money they spend on TV time??? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "WebTV Dawgs/Dittos" group.
